when i got mine it was all black with white stripes now he just all black check my avatar

Yeah try the Hikari micro or mini size pellets if they are available to you for the small oscar.

also becaus ei am keeping him with small community fish in teh 15 gallon for a few weeks will thsi make him less aggressive, right now ehs the leader of the tank but i dotn want him to ebcome less agreesive when if inall yput him in with my jd , hes in the 15 with 5 mollies and 2 zebra danios.
