I'm alive and well the pain dwindled down to nothing in approximately 3 hours. My finger is slightly swollen today but that's to be expected. Dodged a bullet last night that's for sure! It was an eye opening experience and the lessons learned wont soon be forgotten!

Ur lucky bro I had a mate who got stung by his large Female and ended up in Hospital for 3 days on a Drip.....
From the sound of it you get stung quite a bit... may I suggest a good pair of gloves? Best treatment is soaking it in the warmest water you can stand without scalding yourself or use a heating pad.

Its been 48 hours and I'm 100% back to normal. All swelling is gone, no more tenderness, etc. Let this serve as a lesson to ray keepers everywhere...BE CAREFUL. It was a miserable experience I don't want to ever repeat.
