just made my first order to rapps

I'm a little worried because he told me he would be able to get the fish out and they should arrive friday but i didnt get an email or anything about my order
 
It seems like he might have a lot of people buying from him right now. It might take a little longer to get back to people is my guess.
 
i talked to him on the phone and he said it would be here. I leave town saturday morning an i will be working all next week i hope they dont come then as i dont wanna come home to dead fish
 
Nice. Rapps is great. I've never had a problem with any fish that I've gotten from him. I usually use the 2 day shipping even and everything has arrived healthy and eating soon after getting put in the tank. Can't wait to see the fish. He's busy sometimes. I've gotten an email from him the day after he shipped w/ the confirmation number. Never had a problem getting my fish when he said I would.
 
Rapp's is good.....I'll give you that, but his cost for fish and shipping puts him above everyone else.....I have ordered fish from Rapps, Don Conkel, Cichlidluvr, Forida Tropicals, etc....and all of the above have a high grade of fish but Rapp's is double the price..(especially shipping).....

I didn't like the way he seems to make his Amphilophus seem so special...IMO they are not! I have some of his and have found better quality at my local fish store....
No big deal but when I ordered from him I expected the world and did not even
get close.......never again for me.....just my 2 cents........
I guess I expected to much......
 
I just got my email and tracking number so I should have the 14 fish I ordered by tomorrow.

If he sent them yesterday for delivery today you should have recived an e-mail last night with the invoice and ups tracking number. Check your inbox it should be there.
 
Got my tracking info last night. The fish should be here in a few hours. I'll tell ya his shipping isnt too bad since i live in NY it only cost a like $20 for overnight, and when i ordered from florida tropical it cost $45
 
I've ordered from him several times. unfortunately shipping to phoenix is quite expensive from NJ. I think im going to investigate Don's shipping costs this next time
