Defintely take the cats out you dont want them to outgrow the orinos and eat them, expensive snack!

Yep, thats a true story! From this feedback it looks like the cats may be headed back to the LFS soon for some store credit. These Orinos with shipping and all that were NOT cheap for 3 inch fish

daaamn I love orinos! Can't wait to see pics of your bass when they come in dude! :) I agree on here and think the bigger cats is definately a bad idea for your new fish! Trade them in or relocate them..

210 takes about a month to cycle.. just test your water.. your tester kits will tell you when its done cycling

I usually use spring water to speed that process, but with a 210, obtaining that much spring water would be quite a task, and expensive to boot. Even with my water changes I use spring water. Ive never once had a problem doing that, ive even had fish in the tank within a couple days. Not any of any real value of course. But every time ive ever tried to condition regular tap water the whole thing goes to crap and I end up using spring water with no issues.

My problem is that I want to put the 210 where my growout is now and move the growout to my bedroom. Not quite sure how im going to go about relocating the entire tank AND keeping the fish alive. My best guess is to buy enough water jugs to hold almost all the water and just empty, move, and refill with the water that was in it. Then put the fish back in after it has settled. Thats my best guess.

Yeah I can def. understand that. Wont catch me *****ing about prices much, you get what you pay for. To me paying more for a quality product just makes me try harder to take care of it lol. If I kill these, im gonna say F it and start growing carnivorous goldfish

lol my solution for you is to spend 200 and get an RODI kit, stupid if you dont... it will pay for itself in one use.. spring water cost quite a bit!
