lol my solution for you is to spend 200 and get an RODI kit, stupid if you dont... it will pay for itself in one use.. spring water cost quite a bit!

Ive been kicking that around, I have no experience when it comes to dealing with RO water....Ive been hearing more and more about it, I assume that it produces really good water? By really good I mean safe to go straight from the RO kit into the tank for water changes / fills and such.
