Welcome back, I too recently got back into the hobby! I was on p fury like 15 years ago,I was just a young punk lol .crazy how times change I’m in the Toronto, Canada area and my selection of Ps we’re pretty much reds, black, and macs. Now it seems like we have a few importers/ LFS that can order a variety. I scored a manueli back in March for $145 CAD. I hope you find what you’re looking for. What size tank is that?

Only time I’ve seen caribes in person at a shop was over a year ago. Had a couple of 2-3 inch ones.
I barely even seen reds...and they are usually a lot more expensive for 1 inch ones than they should be.

Aquascape had a Caribe when I visited. Probably a 3 incher.
Thank you! I was young and somewhat inexperienced with Piranhas when I started too. Learned a lot from the experiences shared by others. I am happy with a shoal of Reds but would love to start a mixed Pygo shoal in the future. I always had a lot of luck with my shoals, just got out of it because my young kids needed a lot of attention. It is a 180 gallon tank.
Aquascape should get some different Pygos in the late Spring. George retiring has a lot to do with the lack of options in the northeast I would think. I loved the monster Pygo tank he had.
Yeah, there is an episode of River Monsters I believe where he pulls some monster Ternetzi out of that river over and over again.

i miss george as well...we did a lot of transactions back in the day. he could be an *** if he didn't like you though lol. never had a problem with him and always packed my stuff very well. pedro (aquascape) is now the man since george is long gone. pedro/mike are both awesome guys...you just need to be patient bec they are very busy but those guys never disappointed me as well
