I have the up-most respect for those PEOPLE who are living in poverty and are willing to leave everything behind in search for a better future for there family in another counties. If I was in Mexico and my family was going hungry ( having tried everything in Mexico), I would be the first wetback jumping the border into the USA.
However, I also hate those liberal saying illegal immigration should be Americans.
We should protect the border but we should do it respectfully.
I will say this on there defense. Many Americas do not like the fact that there are so many Hispanics in the United States ( and counting). There are some that feel bothered hearing Spanish specking people in there local restaurants, post offices, malls. There is a deep hated for certain groups and you can clearly see this when talking about illegal Mexicans.

I work for a large corporation which will remain nameless I get paid well I have medical dental eye care 401K paid vacations including my birthday and 150 hours of Paid time off for any reason I see fit every year. I LOVE MY JOB
On the other side of the kitchen is a temp service staffed by illegal immigrants who have no benefits get paid about 3.50 out of the 10.00 bucks an hour we give the temp service to wash dishes and hate their job on most days. But the best part is when the company decides to not pay them for 3 weeks. What are they going to do about it...... nothing because they have no rights here.
If these people would have came into the country legally we would gladly fire the temp service and hire them but since they are illegal we can not.
Illegal immigration is not in the best interest of ANYONE.
Sure I am some "white" guy who's family has been here for many generations and I surely can not understand the lives of these illegal immigrants. But I hate seeing human beings **** on by other human beings who are no better than they are because they have no rights in this country.
By staying in this country illegally they are hurting themselves as bad as anyone else. I wish the system was better at helping hard working immigrants get in the country legally but it is not.
So deal with it. do things the right way and we will all be happier

I agree, it's just that america broke a treaty and changed it. Made it harder for people from Mexico to come here. As far as taxes go we get so upset over this yet does anyone realize how much in taxes giant corprations avoid paying? They use off shore tax shelters and buy politicians to make loop holes for them, yet they expect the children of tax paying americans to fight wars and protect their "business interests" (basically exported american jobs) in other countries.
Ok, well another reason they come here illegally is greed. There are soooooooooo many places in Mexico with money. Tourist areas like cancun just to name one. There is alot of money there and work is plentiful, they come here because they know that medical and schooling will be free to them, AT THE EXPENSE OF US TAXPAYERS! I understand completely about wanting to go where the money is if your in poverty. When I was 18, my mother kicked me out of the house. I had no job, no home and no money. I did not steal cheat lie or beg to get by, I did not jump any border to get free money or to have other people pay my way. I worked where I could temporarily a nd dealt with it. i did not expect anyone to "gimmee gimmee gimmee". Just be legal about it and stop getting these kids to go out and protest for an illegal cause. We tend kto laugh more at this spectacle than to feel mercy.
The bit about borders in Europe is not true, at least in many cases, I have walked across the borders between Belgium and Luxumberg, France and Italy, And even France and Germany without seeing an armerd guard or even a fence. Also Germany, Denmark, and France all have serious illegal immigrant problems.Vitaliy said:

Mass amnesty was tried before in 1986, as you can clearly see, it didn't work too well.
I'm in favor of sending them back. If you want to live here, do it legally.
As for your tax arguement. Shelters only work for those who get away with it. We have this new law, it's called the Alternative Minimum tax. It was created to stop the wealthy from paying little to no taxes at all.
While in may not seem like it, exporting jobs, is good for the economy in the long run. Simple supply and demand. What is being done, is the demand is being supplied at a much lower price. Which is good for you, me and everyone else. Including the economy.

The best thing to do is come up with ways to address the problem to fix it onces and for all. And people need to realize this -- anyone can point the finger it takes an intelligent individual to stop and think. (my thought) One solution is improve (reform) the hiring practices for both big and small business. With the latest advances in technology there must be a way to insure IDing individual quickly and actuality. Eye scan or computer finger print.Yes it’s costly but so is a 300 gallon tank with the works.
Something’s are worth the cost.
