Nice and neat. Hope you put silicone around those bulkheads. If its gonna leak anywhere, around the bulkheads is the place it will leak. I learned this the hard way.

I've got to plumb my 200g as well. Where exactly should the silicone be applied?

Silicone? It should have rubber bushings/gaskets placed between the tank and bulkhead. If you add silicone to that setup, first the gasket will for sure leak where air is trapped and the silicone will also eat away at the rubber gasket. I would not use silicone at all if you have the gaskets.

You and I have identical set up, except mine is glass. Same type/finish on the stand and canopy as well as the placement of the overflow...nice looking set up...maybe I'll post mine up.

i did not use silicone for the tank. i only used metal clamps, plastic clamps and pvc cement.
