Just want to share my filtration set-up...(load Warning)

i started to put some gravel... i just poured in 75 lbs. just a small amount.. but i might put some more.. around 50lbs more? what do you guys think? :screwy: it's approx 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch gravel already.... maybe big rocks? it will be housing my datnoids:)

Very tidy set up mine similar but more silicon lol..Try some durso pipes if the over flow is bugging you..
 
dont know if you have room, but it looks like it. To quiet down the overflow, make one of these durso overflow pipes. It works awesome!! I will not run an overflow without one.

Great setup you got going. Super clean. Good luck with it!
 
the over flow box it very tight but i'll try to put the durso type pipe... i'll improvise some thing. it's getting to my nerves. the sound of the mag drive 18 is already noticable and more of the overflow. just imagine as if i was in the beach and the water keeps on raging to the shore.:(

hell ya i love dark gravel and back grounds, it darkens ur fish and brings out colors. i would for sure
 
i think when i order my 300... im gunna run it lke you... one overflow in the middle
