Just wondering about pet zone sd

Did you relay the info to them not to ship fish in the same bag? I got 6 citrinellum and 2 trimaculatum from CichlidConnection, 3" fish. Each and every fish was packed individually, double bagged in the thickest bags I have ever seen. They were then placed into a really big bag, then a heat pack, then a Styrofoam box, then a regular shipping box. Experience pays 10x over.
 
i have had several fish shipped to me... all of which were shipped in seperate bags and never lost one before... i assume which i guess my fault somewhat that they would ship them in different bags... but they didn't and not only that.. the tigs i have that were 10 inch when shipped were in bags 2x the size of the 1 bag that they shipped... when i asked them about it... they said that they regularly send up to 6 in the same size bag... probably 12 inch tall bag and only maybe 10 inch from side to side... not to mention only one heat pad that at the place they put it wasn't in a place to even really help heat the water... and was only in the bag for 10 hours since i got early morning grantee... and was already cold... the last order i got from laz.. on here... was in shipping as long around 10 or so had 3 heat pad and was still warm even after sitting on my floor for another 10 hours after getting them... i told them they were crazy... but i don't really care now as i will not order from them again... ya never know til ya try sometimes... i hoped for the best but got the worse... live and learn sometimes... thought i would share with everyone so they could learn from my experience...
