That was the plan, and hopefully this will cut down the amount of "ID" threads we see on here. And I'm hoping other cichla keepers add to this thread as well!

Good comparison.

But, some of the pictures in the tems comparison are pinimas.

I would have separated the two types of ocell's from French Guiana and Guyana.

Thanks, and all the photo's came from reputable venders and sources, It would be sweet if you added photo's of juvenile pinimas!! And I thought about separating sp and thought about even different origin photos but honestly I just wanted to keep it simple and for your average newbie to be able to cross reference different sp juvenile photos side by side, I didn't feel the need to get too technical with the noobs.

Fantastic start! Might need to add a cautionary ocell/mono farmie category too.
