Quitting is a bit#h, but I'm at it this time with the knowledge that I'm going in for rotator cuff surgery here in the next few weeks and the surgeon wants me to quit because it will speed up the recovery time.
As of this moment I have had only 1 ciggarette this morning and I've been up for 6 hours.
yeah ive heard chantix isnt that great. zyban is not without its risks either, scared the crap out of me when my doc started telling me what could happen. the main problems with zyban are seizures and suicide because it was used as an anti-depressant (not anymore). but if you look at aspirins side effects they are hardly pleasant.
