No it didn't work the way I wanted it to so it was changed to a submerged filter instead

I ordered from onlineponds.com April 2. April 7, i didn't receive from them. I called and asked for the shipping tracking number. They emailed me a number. I tracked on Fedex, couldn't found. Yesterday, i got an email from Fedex, same tracking number with their number. On Fedex website, it said pick up on April 11, will be arrive on April 15. Is that weird?
Super weird. Call them and demand where it is. Thats a long time. Is it coming from China? where is it coming from?

I'd email them its been way too long. Might be fedex screw up and not theirs. Anyways contact them and see what they can do if not tell them to reimburse you for shipping. Thats unacceptable I got something recently from China in that time frame....What it can be is they are middle men most likely and most Asian sellers sell from California since they buy their stuff wholesale.
