You know what, I apologize for my first answer. Sorry if it seemed harsh.
I still believe musky and aquariums do not mix though.

Thank you very much , sir. I have a couple big aquariums, i have a small garden pond and i am willing to do much more than this. All i need is some answers. You haven't pissed anyone off as far as I can see? Some people on here are a bit blunt with their answers but none of it is personal.
Releasing is a bad idea unless it is a private closed lake. Not sure on the law in your country but it is illegal in a lot of places and more importantly it is morally wrong when you know what you could cause, I thought about something similar myself when I first started and didn't see the problem if the fish was naturally occurring in that lake but I was then informed about other implications such as non native parasites, disease and fungus etc...
People are trying to guide you but I'm guessing you are not getting the information you want so try listing specifically what you need to know like
1. Tank size
2. Sexing etc... But people may be reluctant to help without you having a better future plan.

I'm afraid that it's not simple. These muskellunges need a cold period and be well-conditioned before spawning. You don't told us what is your plans with the muskellunge fry?Thank you very much , sir. I have a couple big aquariums, i have a small garden pond and i am willing to do much more than this. Why do muskies don't spawn in small volumes? I know they won't spawn naturally but will they not ever produce egg and sperm ? Because if they produce eggs and sperms i can mil them out and have babies.
I can maybe keep the male and female in different tanks. So, they won't fight. And when they produce egg and sperms , i will take them out and mix. I know some about that process. But i don't know if they will produce eggs and sperms in these conditions...
I am sorry if i took it too hard. I just got shocked when i got extremely negative answers about my questions. I just don't like failure.

I told that i will purchase a 5,000 gal plastik pool for them. Ok?If you don't like failure, then listen to us. You are asking us, right ? So you have to accept the wise answers.
ONE of these will be too much for a 200 gallon tank. I did not read through all 5 pages for obvious reasons - but if you get a pond - a big one - started, then you can start revisiting this - however they need a winter / cool season to even cycle for breeding.
They need a constant source of fish to feed upon, and the photo of a guy holding a 4 footer - That is exactly what you are looking at.
Yes, people keep arapaima, etc, but those guys have multi-thousand gallon tanks, or ponds.
So - if you want to keep these guys, you need at least a huge pond, or multi-thousand gallon tank. A 200 is fine for growing some young ones out.
A "small garden pond" is ok for a few goldfish but not for one of the largest open water predators. They need lakes, actually. This is why you don't even see them in large ponds - they simply are not large enough to support such a large predator.
I really like the way of your thinking. I guess at this point, i should send a message to farm owners.Your welcome.
I'm not sure if they would still produce the eggs and milt in captivity, your first task would be to sex them, not sure at what size this can be done? I think they are sexually mature at 3-4 years old, by then they would be very large fish so you would need 1-2 huge aquariums or a sectioned pond by this point.
I know they start the breeding process when the temperature starts to rise in early spring, not sure if that would work the same in turkey, I'm guessing your climate is much warmer?
When the temperature starts to rise they migrate to the same location every year to complete the spawning process (that's why I'm not sure if it would work in captivity)
In the build up to that the females eat a huge amount and become very aggressive feeders so would have to know when to "bulk her up"
If you are successful what would you do with them? If you put them in a pond all together you would get a few huge ones and the rest would be eaten lol
