Get the smaller and slower growing species of the bass which I think is the Orino type, but you are still looking at 12+ inches.
 
try feeding them once every 2 weeks or something, but dont be surprised if a few get eaten along the way.

WRONG...Try over 24" for Orinos.. Yes they grow slower though..

Get a bigger tank or switch over to a smaller fish like a guppy....lol :ROFL:

Really, 24'', I have not seen a member here with one that big before. Now I am sure in captivity, but in the home aquaria, I have not seen this. In fact the only 2ft bass i have seen is a Tem in home aquaria.
 
Hate seeing these threads. The fish are already confined as it is in "minimum" Aquarium dimensions. How would you feel living in a closet for the rest of your life being fed just enough to survive.

Your right, captive are a bit smaller considering the conditions... But I bet HULON's Orinos are 17+ inches and still growing.. My point was maybe peacock bass aren't the ideal fish for this guy to keep if he's worried about tank size.
