Easy, just spend a little more beans and get a short body bass. I bet the max size would be 12".

Thanks guys!

While some feedback wasn't that necessary, I appreciate the replies.

I just 2 mono from a friend and I knew they gonna be big one day. Just trying to keep loving them within the limit space that I have in Singapore. Might buy bigger tank in due time but I don't want them to endanger my precious birchirs when they are that big...

Your right, captive are a bit smaller considering the conditions... But I bet HULON's Orinos are 17+ inches and still growing.. My point was maybe peacock bass aren't the ideal fish for this guy to keep if he's worried about tank size.

Orino's will get 20"+ in home aquaria easily...if well cared for. I have 2 male orino's that are pushin 20in and they arent even 3 years old yet.

I have not seen an Orino in a home aquarium yet at 24''. I have even had a mono that got 22'' but seemed to stop growing after that point, and this was in a 8ft long tank after 4yrs. I am sure there are some big bass in home aquaria, but when you start taking 24'' that wider than most aquaria tanks.
