  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
ive got a mag drive with a airhose i rigged to it awile back. it acts like the biggest powerhead x2. if he stays healthy i may put him in the pond come summer instead of basement. but i have to see what pond temp gets up to.

Very cool. I hope this works out well. If he ends up in your pond you could totally test out fishing lures and baits on him! LOL
and cool dog too!

ya if he is fine now than keep up the good work it is just thet trout are coldwater fish and if the water gets too warm, any higher than 70 if his lips start turning whitee and he begins to stop eating than he is gone that is what happens to all the stocked trout around here in the summer water gets warm they die. Good luck

oh ya more pics

sry i havent updated recently. im usually in the cichlid forum when i log on. but the rainbow was doing fine until my jag started chasing him around so i pulled him from the tank added him to a 30 gallon wash tub with filter and put him in my garage for a couple days to acclimate the water temp to my pond and hes going in there. it would be better for him anyway. pond is 3 ft deepx5ft wide x 12 ft long.

Let us see some more pics. I was thinking about getting a 750+ gallon tank and stocking it with some planters from out here.

might work now but the long term health of the fish will be greatly affected by the warmer temp

Whats the latest? Trout still alive? Summers coming...im curious.
