Keeping sting Rays without water change ~!!!

I am thinkin abt putting plants in my sump... which should help.... ??

But, I am more toward letting them go now... I love them a lots, realli dont want bad thing happen to them....

Lots of things remove Nitrates, other than water changes..

Just let me know how removing those dissolved organic compounds goes.. I don't think Rays come across alot of that building up in the amazon.
