A tank of 450gallons gives you lots of options.
A group of Uaru would work well.A group of around 6 should do well in a tank that size. You could also add a chocolate cichlid to the mix.
Out of the cichlids you have named, pearsei are going to be the most aggressive, although peaceful by large central american standards, they won't be as peaceful as the south American uaru or chocolates. The pearsei is also more likely to dig more than the others.
There are never guaranteed peaceful outcomes with cichlids but the uaru and the chocolate should not give you to much trouble in 450 gallons.

Thanks, that helps. I am leaning towards two or three chocolates but am concerned that if two pair off it could get messy. How are they solo?

My experience with chocolate cichlids is that they were always greedy, lethargic and peaceful.
Even when breeding they were never over aggressive. They do fine solo or in groups if the tanks big enough.

I have never found pearsei to be aggressive in larger tanks, in anything under a 6ft tank, they would be cramped, and aggression should be expected.
They do dig a bit, and because they need lots of veggie matter in their diet, can be mega-oscar like in their waste production.
Mine would eat an entire head of romaine lettuce in 2 days, supplemented with thawed peas and spirulina pellets.
Another in the same line as pearsei, is bocourti, also non-aggressive if given enough space.
