Hey Mike. Sorry to hear of the loss of your ray, feel partly responsable if the RD was involved. To bad he is not more chill like his father. I would like to attempt to raise some cichla fry, just right now is not a good time as tank space seems limited. maybe in a few weeks or a month we could give it a go.

Nah I was to blame for the ray. I have had to many Cichlids for a while now and my dream of mixing them all together was never going to be easy. I just wish I had of moved him back to the 150g. But it's no fault of the others it was all my fault. I have gotten a little lax but I am coming back around. Still need to find a few more 100g though to fully pull this dream of mine off. But lesson learned I will never mix rays again with other species unless I am 100% sure. Especially because my future plains are not going to be cheap and loosing money like that will be out of the question. He was my test ray so to say. I learned a lot from him and I was warned a hundred times. But like they say all it takes is one time and you will never forgive yourself. By the way still having the problem with the Silver as well.

You know my deal this is my first Real attempt with the P's. I am at step 3 fourth batch of eggs since I have tried. Breeding and rearing is my bread and butter so I will crack this open as well. Really it just my own ego I love breeding Cichlids. Cause nobody outside of MFK cares.
Unless there interested in the batch of fry I have around. For real though I only sold 2 Red Devils. And the rest we looked at in POST#1 Kelberi snacks. 
Gotta love them breeders.
