I've had 5. Four passed naturally with MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH pain, and the 4th they had to go in after it. No fun! There is a much higher success rate with lasers than ultrasound, it is quicker, and less pain too.
1) Drink a lot of good quality water!! Until you pee is clear!! EVERY DAY!!
2) No "dark" sodas! (Coke, Root Beer, Dr. Pepper, Pepsi etc)
3) Don't eat too much protein as it can cause them
After you pass the 1st one get it analyzed to see what it is made of as there are different types. Each type has a different cause.
