IMO, it's a big BP
I think KKPs are bigger with closed mouth.
Tho I had BP that are red as KKP and seen KKP pink as BP.

Questions, are the KKP's more aggressive? and are they typically sterile as well (males)? I thought the one i bought was a KKP, but now I think my other one is. He can close his mouth, and the SOB bites me. And they both do look like KKP's thought the 2 year old doesn't have the hump yet.

KKP does not need to have a completely closed mouth but this fish has an obviously deformed mouth making it a BP for sure in my book.

im no pro at this but from what i have heard

a red parrot has a a downwards slope above the head which gives it the parrot head shape

Well, I lost my big KKP last night.

definately a king kong blood parrot,
most likely the mix of a midas and a blood parrot, the hump is a giveaway, i have a midas and 2 blood red parrots

Is it just me or do parrots look like red devils with down syndrome?
