There aren't any real rules, they're just names for fish that come from the same damn batch. I call any parrot without the "parrot notch" above the head a KKP, regardless of the mouth, and a lot of FH guys agree. It really doesn't matter anyway.

hes currently 3" has a closeable mouth, no majorly deformed forehead and is deep red,
does this make him a KKP or just a very good quality BP ?

because if its just about the hump mine is 3" what if when he gets larger he grows a hump?
i guess my point is that its hard to tell and if your so sure about his which lacks many kk features then why so sure that mine isnt a KK ?
