There aren't any real rules, they're just names for fish that come from the same damn batch. I call any parrot without the "parrot notch" above the head a KKP, regardless of the mouth, and a lot of FH guys agree. It really doesn't matter anyway.

bp because of mouth deformity

if you can tell with the mouth being fully closeable and less of a distinct dent above the head then what about my young parrot?

hes currently 3" has a closeable mouth, no majorly deformed forehead and is deep red,
does this make him a KKP or just a very good quality BP ?

i thought it was a bloodparrot,
but my point is if mine has a closeable mouth, red colouration and not an overly pronounced dent in its head, then howcome mine isnt a young KKP and why does that make his with its deformed mouth and non red colouration a KKP ?
because if its just about the hump mine is 3" what if when he gets larger he grows a hump?

i guess my point is that its hard to tell and if your so sure about his which lacks many kk features then why so sure that mine isnt a KK ?

Yours just isn't a kkp, that's just the way it is. You can call it whatever you want if it makes you feel any better. How about "liberty fish?"
