I just set the 220g back up, and right now it is just a glass box of circulating water. I'm not sure what I want to do yet, but thinking maybe some Oscars or a big catfish that wont outgrow the 220g, or other large cichlids I haven't kept before. Then, I also go back and forth with setting up a Tanganyika community. So basically I'm all over the place on this one. All I have been able to rule out are arowanna and giant gourami... but I even flip flop with those...

Anyway, as you can see, the tank is ready and waiting for me to make a decision.... Input is welcome

Couple big oscars would b nice. Just do a sa/ca cichlid community. Cant get too crazy but a few nice cichlids would be nice

I was thinking another planted display, but it is in my home office, and I'm starting to max out the breaker

If you look close, you will see my office mascot coloring a pretty picture to add to the office decor.

I would look in to getting a Payara thats a a great tank for them. The down side of it is don't get any fish that will fit in his mouth.I had one and out grew my tank i sold him to some one who did. They are awsome to see eat and dont bother any other fish his size.

I went CE/SA for my 300 and went Mbuna for my office 135, so seeing as yours sits right in the middle........

Tropheus or Discus for the advanced route. Expensive route too unfortunately. But that tank would make a stunning discus display for sure. If I had it thats what i would do if I really wanted a challenge. Tropheus if i give in to my local water conditions

Angels, Geos, a pair of large cichlids. Lots of cool options with that tank

Thanks for all the suggestions so far. I think I at least decided against Africans... as I just added a huge piece of driftwood.
