Koi pond needs other fish

Leave out the channel cats and get some nice looking bullheads. That way you can do even better looking longear, pumpkinseed, and dollar sunfish . That is the only way to go.

the only reason I am thinking about the albino channel is for the nice look of them no other natives will be in this pond.......

They have an outside pond, roughly 2000 gals I figure, with show Kois and just about every cichlid there is, including Electric Blues. They convinced me that they can live together, no problems.

how about a chinese hi-fin banded shark? they are neat looking, get pretty big, and eat algae (though they are not true algae eaters and like commons make more watse then they clean up).
