he was kept in a 125g tank that is long gone. He got too big for the tank.

what did you manage to keep with it?

well it was fine with its tankmates, it was just when it got too hungry that it would take something down land on it and eat it.

that is something you should have video'd must have been awesome to see

Actually it was kind of akward. He would swim in circles up at the top of the aquarium, and when he saw a fish that looked tasty he'd drop on top of it and latch on.

his swimming style is what was akward (kind of like my wording there), it was cool to watch other then the fact he took down a 4.5" Bala!

my old common swam upside down on the surface, but never anything like that.

my Adonis will do that every once and a while. Swim upside down at the surface that is.

mine learnt to do it so it could eat flake food. i think it prefered it
