Just got this awsome l200 8" pleco and he has amazing colors...... I wanted to breed him any tips or advice?

Looks more hemiancistrus (than baryancistrus) to me.
As for breeding advice, assuming it is a hemi (L128), have you seen the article in planet catifsh?

R u sure look how green it is

100 % sure. L200 is yellow/green and L128 is blue/green which your fish is too. "Green phantom" L200 is a bit misleading name cause it can be confused with L128. L128 blue phantom has blue color what L200 doesn't have.

Also there are two L200 one a hemiancistrus and one a baryancistrus
