if the buyer thinks they are buying something that is totally legal in every form, that would be some sort of entrapment if they tried to arrest you.

Too bad that ignorance of the law does not put someone in the clear legally. It's not considered entrapment if someone responds to or decides to take advantage of an illegal transaction. Remember, the barter system is based largely on Caveat Emptor (Let the Buyer beware).

Well if it was a seller lying about the permit certainly youd be in trouble. But could law enforcement really set up a sting operation where they were trying to trick people into thinking the act wasnt illegal?Sounds inherently wrong to me.
Is there any possiblity this could be legit?

thats what I thought.
Seems like an underhanded way to set up a sting, could be a scammer.

Blessed Moment for those who needed to have good luck in their life and their entire business
I don't see it as a bless moment, or who ever contact that person will have good luck in their life and their entire business! :grinno: We're talking about a seller with a ZERO feedback on AQUABID!!!:ROFL::ROFL:

The only time no one can lie is when they're in court under oath! If they can lie to you during interview to get your confession, what make you thing they can't lie to you to setup a sting operation? :D

Yeah right! No way that deal is legitimate. If it was we would have heard news about the legalization before any sales had the time be posted.
