Only thing Lakers stole in game 1 was the Nuggs hopes that they were about to win...LOL

and an inbound pass, lol

There's a bunch of lookers in the WNBA by the way... Its like watching WOWOWEE, you watch it for the women... hehehe...

It should be nuggets tonight for sure though.

If Oscar had a 3/2, imagine what Kobe would have had. :nilly:
I'll give you that, the game was farrrr more tough back then. But the competition was far worse as well. O would MAYBE start nowadays, but he would be nowhere near as dominant as he was, or as Kobe is.
James won the MVP because he is "new blood" the NBA needs.
I saw that, and voted on it. That's simply because people don't take into account how much the game has changed

With the same training as Kobe, those old guys would be THAT MUCH BETTER. That's what I'm trying to say. If Kobe were around in his day, he would not be the same player, guaranteed. Look at LeBron, for example. His high school put his entire team through a crazy intense PAID training program, one that I think he still uses today. He therefore comes out with an advantage they could not have had. As far as only winning due to new blood, why did it take Kobe, the "greatest", 12 years to get one? Your line that I put in bold goes with the point I'm making.

yeah thats if the ref calls it.... but did the ref call it NO...... did he get his 3 points yes!!!

so pls. tell me how the lakers SUPPOSINGLY STOLE GAME 1???

lets be honest here....... the nuggs got out hustled in the last 5min of the 4th quarter!!

and IF you WATCH MANY GAMES... ESPECIALLY LAKER GAMES.... WHAT ALWAYS HAPPENS IN THE 4TH QUARTER...... (opposing opponents always get out hustled, come'on that the lakers trademark eversince.. they always tend to throw a good run in the last couple min in the 4th :screwy:)

They didn't put on some crazy run at the end, the game was already tightened up by then. They stole that game because they should have lost, plain and simple.

I don't think you understand what he's saying. Imagine if kobe had just started playing basketball back in the 80's. Would he have developed into the same kind of player he is nowadays? Not only has the training improved but so has the nutrition and medicine aspect of sports. Dennis Johnson had a job as a forklift while playing streetbasketball before going to the nba. Now kids are playing year long and going to camps from the age of 5. You have to equal out the advantages and disadvantages before comparing two different eras.

Bingo.

Why should they have lost? They scored more points so they did win. Plain and simple. Did someone at the scoreres table give them 10 extra points? They earned all 106 points they scored.

I should have clarified. Denver GAVE them that game. Lazy pass, lazy attempt of not coming to the ball.....They handed them the game.

wasnt denver behind already in points of the that turnover. How do you know they would have converted even if they did get the ball inbound. Wasn't the 5 second inbound clock about to expire. I guess it wasnt the Lakers Def. that cause that turnover. right? Give me a break they won the game. F all this non sense. They came up with plays that mattered in the end and they won it.

Yeah, they just went behind and had the ball with plenty of time to win it. And I was using the one play as an example. LA DID NOT FORCE DENVER TO LOSE THAT GAME. They lost it themselves. Here's my nonsense, I'm fing it. It's discussion, man. Go crank one and loosen up.
