hmm, im starting to dig the "multies" and from what ive seen on aquabid theyre a good bit cheaper.
all of them look great though

what would you recommend for easy breeding, active, nonaggressive shellies?
i dont really know if i want the occellatus anymore after seeing how great all of the rest of them look and how spensive the occellatus are.

multies are cheap, but remember what happens when your breed and you try to sell them? It will be harder to get rid of fry from them... so do not for get that. Whatever you get make sure if is smaller and can work in a group...

well, around here the fish stores have nothing, and will take anything, so that shouldnt be a problem.

im still thinking occellatus though

the tank has a black background andill do black tahiti sand and some white gravel and shells and a few goold sive rocks in the back

what?

a 20 high should do fine a long would be better but you should be able to work with the high. I actually just bought 2 and I have them with lots of sand, shells, caves and plants and they are doing fantastic =] love them. Keep it a species only tank. You'll love them!! The way they eat is kinda funny to, they suck up food like a vaccum then nibble at it and turn it in their mouth. I find them very entertaining =]
