Landlord is driving me nuts!

I looked at the other pictures... looks like the window area is leaking from outside too and breaking down the drywall around the window area. They need to get this fixed for you. Otherwise after you used the right paint... you get water accumulation. Do you have a ceiling vent in your bathroom?

No we have no ventilation at all in this place not even a vent above the stove, so whatever moisture there is in here ,it does get trapped. Besides what i do get with the dehumidifyer. I know the city is comming tomorrow so mabey i can get them to also do something about the outside window aswell, As for the wrong paint, this i know i cant even wash my walls without it comming right off its horrible!.

Also i live on the top floor which the roof just had to be fixed so im sure all that leakage just went into my walls, ugggg so fustrating.

Well the City is comming today, curious to see what he has to say, the only bad thing is when he tests for humidity levels i highly doubt its going to be good seeming how its raining out lol.

humidity is without a doubt an issue.. the third pic with all the moisture build up on the windows is not a good sign... with the window trim being old and made of wood id say its a safe bet that its getting into the walls as well..

Thanks to all, well the city came today and as for my bedroom and living room, he said the property has to remove the mould by washing it down and paint over it with mould resistant paint, but as for my daughters room because it has gone to the wall they have to find the source of where the water is comming from..roof or window and resheet the wall and repaint with mould resistant paint. lol and they thought they were just going to sand. The even better part is i told the city how he threatend if i called the city he wasnt going to come friday cause it would waste his guys time and that he handed me a renters news(find a new place) that the city said oh yeah, well lets see if he comes tomorrow, if he does tell him what i said, which in turn hell probley ignore you and sand and paint with flat paint then call me monday ill come and look and have our experts come in and do the job properly than charge the building for it, lol i liked him. And he was cool too he owns fish tanks and told me with the amount of space i have and only 2 tanks a 90 and 125 and a dehumidifyer going that its is not near enough moisture to cause the mould problem thats its their windows and ****ty methods of fixing things lol i cant wait untill they come tomorrow, if they do.
