Languages! Do you know yours?

I speak english fluently, spanish okay but not well, and I know some mandarin. But, I am not hispanic or chinese. I find my heritage boring so I have little to no interest in learning the language of my ancesters (german and swedish or w.e.), nor would I have any useful reason to learn it..

i am American, and therefore i speak English. i understand some spanish and i can read and understand some spanish (but i'll never admit to in public). i tried to learn American Sign Language in college, got pretty good at it, but after i graduated i had no deaf folks to talk to so i've forgotten most of it, but i'm sure it would all come back easily if i had someone to practice with.
