Plastics store like Tap Plastic will carry weld-on stuff you can also order it.


Hey Joey, did you use the pin method when doing this or just but them together and welded it? I've heard that you need to seperate them with pins first to get more solvent in there to make it water tight.

However you did it, it seems to helod water perfect. ANd the joints look clean

You should never have to pin acrylic. Set up on a nice level bench use a thin solvent 1st just as joey did and then a thicker solvent and you will have no probs.
Follow what he has done he has done it very profesionally for a guy with limited tools/experience.

As of late I have been into Sumps and yours is very nice.
