From my research, these are not aggressive toward one another.
Datnoids, especially NGTs, exhibit conspecific aggression. However, such aggression tends to be dispersed with groups of 3 or more. The key factor is that datnoids do not appear to be predaceous towards each other.

I have my 10 inch widebar (largest i have) with 2 very small indos. The indos are around 2 inches. he hasent even looked at them.

where did you find baby indos?!?!?

Thanks guys..I hope it works out.

I dont really want to have to catch a 5 inch fish out of a 600 :(

My other worry is that my pbass might outgrow the datnoids. The pbass are 12" now and they are currently in together with the dats but later on it might be different.

I am derailing (sorry !) but how would a 4-5 inch clown loach fare with 10-12 inch datnoids?
would they get eaten ?

Everyone has the clown loach fever

I was thinking of putting my group of 6...5-10" loaches in.

I've decided not too though...I reckon a datnoid or pbass could take one down easy.

And once again...I dont want to be chasing a 5" fish in a 600.

it looks awsome:headbang2
