Glad you did that, don't feed anything for a day or two. Some FH don't accept peas and hence there is no point in feeding it.
If you see any improvements in a days time, feeds 4-5 pellets soak in Epsom solution as suggested before.
Well he now lays on the bottom at 45 degrees, not completely sideways or upside down. He is still until he sees me then moves around. No signs he has passed anything yet. Only treatment currently is epsome salt and water changes.

Hope you are making water changes and replenishing it with same amount of Water with Epsom salt daily.
Do see any poop on the bottom of the tank, if not suggest you to feed 2-3 pellets soak in Epsom salt to help it from constipation. Also increase the temperature to 30
He now lays still on the bottom, spits epsom salt soaked massivore. Temp is 86 f 30 c. Water changes and epsom salt being re-added to new water 2tsp to 10 gallons. Eyes look foggy now, here are pics

No poop on the bottom of the tank at all. He spits out the salt soaked pellets . Tomorrow i will pick up one of the medicines for swim bladder disease recommended in the flower horn article Prakashv posted. Thank you again for all advice.

Well the pictures doesn't seem to be promising.
The link i referred you to, I never used it, as epsom salt always did the trick. Just do about 40-50% WC before proceeding with that method.
In this case, the eyes looks foggy and it does not look to be in great health. I really hope it recovers.
I commend you, Malamute, for your efforts, in a situation where 75% ( percentage is my opinion and not debatable ) of aquarists would already be thinking about a replacement fish.
That is fish keeping at its most highest level.that is dedication.
