ill post the pic you sent me for ya john. the ray was 12" across he measures the ray against the glass with a stub tail its kinda like guy you got a deal and a half shipping was cheap, and you are complaining, yet you dont know how to measure out your own ray you invested money on. i sold the 10" male customer was very happy. reefman was here at my place mroe then once and saw them...sure he could cherp in here...kinda rediculous been going back and fourth via email...ill get the pic up.

Personally I measure my rays across not front to back including tail. Most every ray keeper that I am aquainted with measures across.

lol...the whole operation must be wrong then all these years i been doing it wrong....highly doubtful the ray is as listed and accurate to the description, there were people in my facility that can back them up, however they maybe working and not time for meaningless threads and jabs takin at reputable sellers, but if your not happy then its your right, however i know what i get in and ship out. i run this myself , this is why i KNOW and 100% SURE of what i sent out...sry if yoru not happy i guess next time ill give you circumfrence tail disc in bewtween the eyes ...w/e you want..she was a beauty and i waited for you to take her she could have gone to another guy who wanted her, i dont understand the problem here..
i seen the ray in person it was at least 11" he had it in with my old castexi that was pushing 13" (disk) and was a little smaller but not by much
At least Fish Room Plus knows how to read a measuring tape!
If any of you remember my 10" male I was trying to sell a bit ago it is larger than this female by a good 2-3 inches, maybe I should've tried selling him as a 17" ray, lol
I'll get home, net her out, put her in a frying pay w/ an 8" bottom with a measuring tape above and show you...
So, You that have seen her in person... Should i complain to Lowe's that they are selling faulty measuring tapes???

I think there needs to be some clarification on how sellers measure. Boy howdy, these are good looking rays in the tank though!
