yes adam please do post a video that would be awesome..... I fed my bass yesterday for the first time.... got him a dozen minnows from the bait shop, i emptied the water out in a net so the fish fell into a net while the water from the bag went down the drain. Walked over to the tank, and the bass was hiding, I figured once he saw a fish he would nail it. Well I was right lol I was still looking at the net trying to get all the fish free into the water and I hear a splash and the bass has TWO tails sticking out of his mouth lol I was like "OMG THE FISH I HAVE BEEN LONG WAITING FOR" lol after he ate those two he stopped, and once I turned off the lights all I heard all night was splashing. This morning there is only 3 left.

Edit: Well after that story I think my fish may have gotten sick from the minnows...... one of his gill fins(not sure what there called) looks like it has something white on it..... some kind of film or fungus or something???? can I treat a native with meds like a tropical??? melafix, prazi, metro and so on???

Yea they eat like crazy. Mine can down about a dozen rosies in about an hour. But yes you can treat them just like you would treat any other fish. You have to remember that your cichlids and other fish came out of lakes and rivers at one point too. The only difference you are going to have with natives is that they need cool water. Everything else is the same.

i have about a 10-12" largemouth i had for a few years now and feed him everything from gold fish to worms to frogs to pellet food.. i was wondering if it would be safe for him to eat a brown bullhead catfish.. there is tons of them at a lake near my house but i heard they have spikes on there back that are poisonis to other fish.. is that true?
