Largemouth Bass now eats from my hand.

I decided to try it. No problem. He eats krill and meal worms that I hold in my hand. A couple times I wondered if I was hand feeding or feeding him my hand. Toothy!

Today I held the food above the water to show him where to go and he came out of the water and bit me! Awesome. I am trying to target feed to get the proper diet for each fish. Anyone else do that?

That is the sweetest thing evAr!I want to get a bigger tank so I can have some LMB.

I had one when I was real young and I didn't very much about aquariums and I kept him in a small aquarium which was horribly cruel now that I think back on it.

It can't too much as largemouth have only really small teeth.

not by a lmb but by my puffer i wouldnt recomend hand feeding any fish

It doesn't hurt if he bites. I caught over 200 Largemouths one weekend and lipped them all with my thumb. They have very small teeth but they are abrasive. They use them to hold onto their prey. My thumb was pretty torn up from all the action.
