Blood Parrots can be aggressive.Discus, or Bolivian rams IMO. The LFS I work at has some BEAUTIFUL Bolivians at about 5". They show more color than I ever knew they could. I guess I just never saw a fully-grown one.
Blood parrots would probably work too...if you're into that kind of thing.
