Last Question Before I Use CO2. Just Want to be Sure!!

What you ALREADY have in place WILL grow the following.

I just need to move the bulbs closer to the water line because they aren't growing how i have it.

If you are gonna run CO2 then you want to have good lighting. You could still have a nice tank without CO2. If you pick the right plants you can have a nice set up.

CO2 can run with or with out good lighting. I have had very lush planted tanks that were low light and utilized co2.
