lates species from c328

btw,its not brown in color.
its nore like very light brownish silver.
its just the algae i was too lazy to clean that makes it look like that.

depends on where u are at, in japan 2-3 inch Akame (Japanese Lates) went for about 9000 yen (85 USD or so). Not sure what they would cost in singapore.
 
Lates Calcarifer or barramundi is a maricultured species in Singapore, it is the same the "Kim Bak Loh", or "seabass" here although I find the cultivated fish not very tasty. Malaysia government gives out fish fies to stock fish farms for free so imo the fish shouldn't be so expensive, unless its imported from Australia or something!

therefore mine is not a calcarifer.
but i dont know what it is...
 
believe me, this is a niloticus. mine can go silverish to sometimes.

looks like it got popeye tho? I dont know...
