Got 3 more for 86.
Was actually not planning to catch anymore PBs this month. Went to fish for the Gars. On my way to where the Gars hang out, noticed a pair of Ps lingering near a fallen tree branch. These peas just won't stop tempting me. So, made a few cast and hooked and landed a 15 inch male. Went on to the Gar spot. Got many bites and hookups with Gars but none landed. So went after two Peas chasing minnows with my Rap Shad lure and caught bought of them. Had to pull both up the retaining walls of the lake to land them. The last two were no picnic catch at the beach and both were about 14 inch and females.

Caught one before breakfast to make it 87.
Looks like this week is gonna be very busy. Will try to land # 100 before the end of August.
This one is a 13 inch female. Also hooked a bigger one but that one got unhooked and fell on shore then flipped back into the water before I could react.

I'm on those Pacus. Been studying their behavior. Will pounce on them one of these days. There's now a school of 5 swimming around. Each of which are at least 2 feet in length.....and I now know where they hide from the noon day sun.
