Over here we don't have a black list. Everything is banned, unless specifically allowed.

It's not too bad, there's still plenty of fish to choose from. I'm not sure exactly how it works as there are plenty of fish you can't import that are readily available. I think if the fish are already here they can be bred and sold but can't be imported from another country. The good old bristle nose is an example of this. Occasionally you even see a red tail catfish or something really unusual for sale.

Yeah in South Africa it's pretty hard to find the more exotic fish

Depends what it is. I've seen every tankbuster for sale.

We do get some unusual stuff in the higher end stores
