Law Enforcement and Tasers

in fort wayne where im from people get tasered all the time at a certain fair called the three rivers festival...theres a huge mob of us teenagers just chattin and then some black dude normally acts up and all you hear is "TICK TICK TICK" of the taser then you see everyone running.

I've been tased... and whipped with a police baton (purely academic on the taser and a moron with a baton... so no resisting arrest for me) and I would take a taser (as much as it sucks) over one of those beat downs any day of hte week.
