Can't read the article, I'm on my phone. But I wouldn't classify this as nothing. But heads are gonna roll. And you know what I mean. Someone has to pay. And sadly we all will bear the brunt. Just like we did with OKC, Columbine and 9/11...

It’s been less than a week since James Holmes entered a midnight showing of “The Dark Knight Rises” in Aurora, Colorado, where he unleashed one of the biggest mass shootings in American history. Due to the events that unfolded, lawsuits are starting to be filed, and it’s raising questions about how Century 16 ran it’s security.
According to TMZ, Torrence Brown, Jr. was in the theater when James Holmes opened fire. Both Torrence and his friend, A.J. Boik, expected to sit and enjoy the movie, but instead Holmes had used an emergency door from inside the theater to grabbed his guns and shot 12 dead and 58 injured, totaling to 70 innocent victims.

Sadly, A.J. Boik died from a gun shot to the chest, but Torrence survived and is now suing three separate entities: the theater, Holme’s doctors for not monitoring his medications, and Warner Brothers for allowing a “violent movie.”
Torrence said he believes that the emergency doors inside the theater should have triggered some sort of alarm to indicate someone had opened the doors.
If there had been an alarm, would Holmes still had the opportunity to carry out his plan? We will never know, but perhaps precautions should have been taken by the theater.
Ty took calls this morning to find out what people thought about all of these lawsuits that Brown is filing.
