least favorite cichlid?

Any kind of Hybrid(Blood Parrots) is my least favorite... But for some reason the history behind THE HYBRID flowerhorns appeals to me... I cant hate on people that like flowerhorns,because they seem to be created by Asian breeders for some reason... AND THEYRE NOT SOLD AS A NEW SPECIES OF FISH,THEIR SOLD AS FLOWERHORNS, which we all know is a hybrid... Flowerhorns are thought to bring good luck to its owner,and lord knows I need good luck and blessings!!! LoL
EDIT: Also let me add, if some of you do research on Flowerhorns, using the original pure breed fish used to make Flowerhorns, they are nice fish... But their are still some people doing experiment breeding trying to mess with them, including one of my local fish stores(FINS FURS AND FEATHERS ,IN Lumberton NC), DONT GO THERE, all they do is experiment with fish to make pretty hybrids. I wouldnt even buy a Flowerhorn from them!!!

my least favorite is haits(the two i have are the least interesting fish in my tanks)really no color,and they look awful when they get a hump,when i start cutting down my stock they are the first to be sold!!!!!!!!!
whoo... deep breath as i have alot. I hated blood parrots but since finding a true purpose " Tank Bully for checking aggression" that hatred has subsided alot. I hated dovii and festae, the latter still a bit. but i cannot discount as adults they are very stunning specimens. I guess what i hate is that they are sold for the average hobbyist and they are not fish for the average hobbyist. near the top of hate is the salvini. beautiful as juvies, absolutely one of the meanest fish pound for pound, pure nasty. and as they age they become completely unspectacular and stay as mean as they have ever been. i think O's and cons get a bad rep, due to their availability and there status as gateway/beginner fish. I will never forget one truly gorgeous male convict i saw back in the day. he was kept with fish he could not spawn with, nuchal hump and traliers, he was gorgeous. convicts can be annoying tho. loiselle's are just unattractive to me. i have see a few golden shimmery pairs but they were few and far between. as the saying goes every bread has its cheese, everyone is entitled to an opinion. i love flowerhorns they are beautiful and i have a man playing god/mother nature complex so they are simply irresistible. i Have a personal fondness for chocolates, my fav cichlid, i dont mind that some hate them. PS i dont like super KOKs (nuchal Humps) either
yeah salvini... no redeeming qualities, like ugly girls with horrible personalities....come on! you can be both
angelfish an discus they seem dumb, i have loved oscars and cons in the past but as you get more experience they become such a common sight, i think we get sick of em? not a fan of malawi's but like other africans.... deformed parrots, some like the king kong are pretty, massive koks are a no no, but a fan of a more average kok lol, midas are prob my faves! jags dont do it for me, have a friedrichsthalii tho? lol
It's the opposite for me. I got kinda tired of only having the exotic fish that no one recognizes and decided to get some more common fish to go with them.
I am surprised to see people saying Convict (no, I'm not upset by it). I am curious why though. Smaller, hardy, take care of themselves, easy to breed (I could see people getting bothered by that in some cases I suppose). I also think they look pretty cool. Have people had bad experiences, or is it something else? Honestly just asking, not looking to argue about it.[/QUOTE]
