I had the background put in by my tank maker (Paul at Morley Aquariums aguably the best in Western Australia) and he did a terrific job of it too.
I have a tube going behind the background which my airtubing runs through.

Im keen to see aquarists getting onto led setups, they are great for power consumption.
At half power, 5500lumens it;s just using 30W, tested it with the multimeter.
Happy as with low cosumption especially with the cost of electricity going up twice this year.

Electricity costs in Western Australia are set to double over next 2 years so it will pay for itself very quickly!!
