Its desire was just like a silver arowana back then, but since it's on Cites, the price goes up everywhere, including its native country, so even if it can be legally imported, its price would be in the hundreds, not $75.

He was. But, I made out in the end. Had to sell him when they hit the 'no possession w/o license' list. Made over a grand on him selling him as adult breeder-size.
