No louder or quieter than your 70 gal will be.

you can hook up an fx5/6 to it and it won’t be that loud at all.

I have a strong return pump on the trickle filter that resembles a jet engine but you don’t need that much power if you don’t over stock it. I have rays in there until I can get my bigger tanks sorted out.

Okay thank you I should be able to that within this month for sure no longer than 2 months

I’m going to be brutally blunt as it seems that it won’t get through to you any other ways.

You. Are. Going. To. Kill. The. Catfish.

If you actually love him then give him away or live with knowing that *you* caused his death by keeping him in too small of a tank with parameters that *will* get way to high or he’ll be killed by another fish.

I’m giving myself a month and a half from today to get a larger home for bullseye if I can’t do it then I’ll give him away to someone in my town or sell

You literally setup that bin TODAY the water needs time to cycle. Did u even put chemicals in it? Or was it Saturday? Either way it’s not long enough.
 
How did you treat your water? All water needs to be cycled. For as LITTLE as a weeks. Chemicals filtering and some small goldfish or dithers for some bacteria.

I usually do dechlorinator and beneficial bacteria but my tap water has better water perimeters than the petco I always go too
 
It’s not about the initial parameters, it’s about building up enough bacteria to handle any nitrogen.
