Leo Sick? What is this?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Miles - they are tiny spots but not pimple like. Zoodiver - just slate and i was thinking the rocks (2 pieces ) arent that big to make a drastic change in a 180G tank . Those rocks were in my 75 G before.

glade its ok... when i saw this topic i almost had a heart attack LOL

glad its ok wes true slate wont affect ph neither will flagstone

Well, i thought i was out of the water but i changed the water the other day put some salt in and this is what i saw yesterday...its a sad sight.

The white dots are all over the disc now.

i really cant see anything.... hows it eating?

I cant really see anything either. When I got my new motoros from Wisconson they were in a cooler for a day and a half. When I got them in the tank my female had white dots on her just on the top but not all over the disk. Then the next day she was fine and they were gone and she has been fine since.

IMO I think they might be stress related. If I was in a cooler for a day and a half I would be stressed. Is any one in the tank picking on it, or have you been doing anything that might stress it out.

Guys, its the tiny white dots... if you cant see it check out the first pic on the top
and imagine those white spots all over the disc now. :(

Yeah I see, that is similar to what my motoro had when I first brought her back. When she calmed down though and got in the tank they went away the next day. Maybe one of the bigger rays you have is bullying it.
